Client Profile Activation
Step by Step instructions to complete a Babylon2k Client Profile
By completing Babylon2k Client profile, you'll be able to create projects through DIY or RFQ.
To get started, head over to Babylon2k Sign In and Log in your Client Account.
After Clicking Log in you will redirect to Client Dashboard, click My Profile or click your name in the upper right of the dashboard.
Click My Profile.
In the Client Profile, Upload Company Logo if it is available if not leave it as it is but when the Company Logo is available Upload it as soon as possible.
Upload the necessary Documents and Certifications of the Company, for the admin to validate the company credentials.
To apply for 0% vat click Apply for Vat 0 rated
Then Upload the supporting documents for the admin to validate the application of 0% vat rate
To change password, first complete your contact number in representative information
After completing your contact number, click change password in my profile
then if the prompt after clicking change password is Invalid OTP Code just click RESEND OTP.
then the next prompt is the OTP text box, check your mobile phone for the OTP code, take note that the OTP code only last for 5 minutes and it may also charge you from the telco your using.
If the Company Information does not display any information like this
Click and open the chat widget in the babylon2k its located on the lower right of the platform.
In the Chat widget, enter your Name, enter your registered email, and click Account Related Assistance.
then click Start Chat
Message the Admin regarding to the missing form in the Company Information.
And wait for the admin to assess the issue and wait for the admin to notify you if the issue is resolved.
The Company Information should look like this.
Complete the Company Information if there's information that is not yet sure or confirmed enter N/A, after completing all the company information click save.
Congratulations on completing your Client Profile, wait for the admin to review your information and change your status to active so you can now start creating projects for DIY or RFQ
