Advanced Invoicing Module Posting Tutorial

Step by step tutorial in creating an Advanced Invoicing Module Posting in Babylon2k


Step 1:

Go to babylon2k.org then click Login



Step 2:

Enter your client account details then click Login.



Step 3:

Click Request under the Advanced Invoicing Module



Step 4:

Click Request



Step 5:

Fill out the form with correct details. You need to fill in the following:

1. Name

2. Project Name

3. What Services

4. Date - Start Date and End Date

5. Required Specialist(s) - add the number of specialist that you want to work on your posting

6. Payment Mode - This has 3 options: Regular/Full Payment, Recurring, and Installment. (For the recurring and installment, the payment mode options are the following: 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.)

7. Project Address

8. Contact Number

9. Files 

10. Remarks


Once done, click Submit, then click OK



Step 6: 

Congratulations! You've successfully posted your AIM job in Babylon2k. Wait for the admin to review your request. You will be notified thru email as soon as the project starts.
